THE 2010s

The 2010s were a crazy time. The rise of social media, rawr XD humor, galaxy leggings and classic roblox were all happening at once. Things were more colorful, their were fun places online for kids, and gay marriage was finally legalized across America! I wasn't a teen in the 2010s so I didn't experience it in the same way others did, but the 2010s were still where I spent a lot of my formative years. I vividly remember watching nyan cat 10 hours while coloring in a "My Little Pony" coloring book while my mom made me mac and cheese and I think that really summarizes the 2010s. I also remember watching cartoons like "Adventure Time" while playing with shopkins.

Adventure Time: Still one of my favorite cartoons ever. Finn and Jake forever and ever!
YouTube Horror: Lets be real, boring analog horror cant even compare to "Salad Fingers"
Animal Jam: My favorite game as a kid. I played it contantly. It's technically still up but most people are inactive lol.
Those Normal People Scare Me Hoodies: always found it interesting how many kids wore this too school considering it was worn by a (fictional) school shooter.
Pastel Goth: One of the coolest aesthetics ever. Characterized by creepy and cute things like bats, eyeballs, candy, and crosses, all in a pastel color scheme.
