My Chemical Romance: Literally my current obsession. I've been listening to them since I was 11 I think? I remember thinking emos were cringe losers and then i heard "Welcome to the Black Parade" and had a total switch up lmao. Tied with Nirvana for my favorite band. I also find it funny the only reason they exist is because Gerard Way witnessed 9/11. Anyways, puppy Frank Iero for the win!

Nirvana: Proabbly my main special interest. Been obsessed with them since 5th or 6th grade. Kurt Cobain is literally my idol, and also the reason i decided to learn guitar. Very cool guy imo. I really like all the punk messages he put out into the world.

Chappell Roan: I think "Hot To Go" going viral changed my life. As a lesbian, I rarely see music about sapphic relationships or just being sapphic, especially not mainstream ones, so a raging lesbian going ultra mainstream made me really happy. I'm not the biggest pop fan, but I adore her. She replaced Melanie Martinez (ew) as the single pop singer I listen too.

Korn: I used to be a metal hater, but that was because my dad didn't like metal, I had never even listened to it. But after hearing "Freak on a Leash" I decided it wasn't that bad. Tied with Aveneged Sevenfold for my favorite metal band. Jonathan Davis has a really cool voice.

Tyler, The Creator: Ok, I know i keep saying stuff like this, but Tyler was the artist who got me into rap. I remember my friend (shout out Valentin) Telling me i should listen to him, and I was like "Eh I don't listen to rap but I'll give him a try." So i listened to the entirity of "Igor" and it blew me away.
